Bonus Schemes
Although a good bonus scheme can help you to get started when gambling online it should be noted that this isn't free money.

Most online casinos will offer you a bonus when you make your first deposit, this is normally a percentage of the deposit you make. Some sites even offer a percentage bonus on subsequent deposits.
The bonus you receive can be used to gamble in the normal way. However, this bonus cannot be withdrawn until a certain amount has been gambled. This amount is normally much more than the original deposit amount (for example 30 times).

System Requirements
Online casinos generally work in one of two ways. Either they use flash, directly from a website, or you must download and install and application.
Flash Casinos
To play on a casino uses flash only requires flash to be installed. Most machines already have this installed and so you shouldn't have a problem. Even if it isn't installed, your browser will normally ask you if you want to install it when you load the page.
If you need to install flash manually for any reason just download the latest version from here and install it like any other application.
Casino Applications
To play on a casino via an application you must have system permissions to install the software. For home users this won't be a problem, but many companies and public libraries stop users from installing software on their computers.
