   The age limit for gambling online varies depending on your location. You must make sure that you're old enough to gamble before you begin.
   
3. Regulation
   Setting up an online casino is illegal in many countries including the US. This means that most online casinos are based in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, and some provinces of Canada. Some countries are very strict in regulating online casinos that operate within their country. However, other countries are more interested in the tax they make than consumer rights. It's a wise idea, when choosing an online casino, to check which country they operate in, what regulations they have to follow and if they have a valid licence.
